Minecraft Realms Server - Items Dissapear in front of my friends

Hello,

currently Im very pissed, we got were on our way to discover some Villages and in that instance a Village was raided. before I knew it I died, I went to the place where I died but my stuff was gone...my friend watched over my stuff but everything dissapeared in front of him. The Items were only some durration of 5 min on the ground and everything was gone...I am a positive person but this isnt funny in any way, this is just respectless with hours of grinding for that gear I feel a little lost in the feeling that the game keeps getting "harder" but doesnt help the player. I just want to say that Im very pissed because in the end the support will not help me near fix this. Instead of making a gravestone where the itmes are stored no thez just dissappear without a good reason. Thanks for nothing I guess...
