Can't renew my realm,purchases had already made

Hello , realms are fun to use and all but I'm pretty disappointed. I can't renew my realm and they had already taken the moneys . They said there was an 'error occurred' and the purchases had already made but they can't renew my realm , try again later in this device . It had already been a week since I've been trying to get it done but STILL the same problem. Please fix this bug as soon as possible , moneys are valuable .
