Squashed Players

Basically my sister and I were playing Minecraft on Xbox 1 and she is the host of the world. Sometimes, randomly, she turns into a "Squashed Player".

It looks like only a body and a head, so the arms and legs are "inside" the player. She also has no animation and floats. Whenever she doesn't hold something in first-person mode, her own head texture blocks the screen. The same thing happens when she "LTs" or "Left-triggers", like when she tries to eat or place something, or even just use an item/block.

As well as that, when she holds an item, it seems to go through her, and it looks like it is coming from her chest, as an example when she is holding a sword it looks like her player was stabbed and the sword was coming out of her chest.

It only happens to my sister; I think it's because she is the host, but only because it never happened to me. The way I join is I connect my Xbox controller as a "guest". Her username is MarbleYapper230 and when I join it's MarbleYapper(1).

Sometimes it would randomly stop, but most of the time it would not until we left the world and waited for a bit.
