playing online

Hello today i hopped on minecraft to see that it says you cannot play on realms of how ur Microsoft account is setup but everything is fine on my account i press help fix this it says how to play on childs account but my account isnt a child account i tried a bunch of things to try to fix this i cant play on servers not even on other accounts i play on xbox i checked setting didnt find anything and its only on minecraft please fix this or help me out also when my friend invites me it says you can not play on multiplayer on childs account something like that
