not able to connect to server

Evening,

 

I have been trying to get into the Minecraft server I host for Bedrock edition, admittedly hadn't been on myself in a while and had a new player wanting to join. It wouldn't connect, so I thought maybe reset the world would fix it, as it's been a while, but it wouldn't reset either. I can get into my own personal worlds without a problem, it's just the server I host.
