Cannot access Minecraft..

Sorry to disturb you, but my brother's Minecraft crashes every moment I don't know why it might be his Ps4 (he dropped it on the floor like 3 times since he is 5) (I am 12 talking it to my responsibility to try and fix it so if you see this please see if there is anything you can do).
