infinite Loading Screens, Failing to maintain account sign in, Friends unable to join

So I've put up with recent crashes, unbareable loading screens and failed sign ins to play online with friends since Bedrock came out on Playstation 4 but now it's beginning to bug me, I can't play with my friends on games because either the microsoft account wont maintain a sign in or my friends are stuck on an infinite loading screen. We have reason to believe it's because of the texture pack but it also happened when I used the City Texture Pack, I'm currently on a texture pack I bought from the Minecraft store called Clarity so that was a nice waste of money it seems.

another problem I had was crashing. Before I uninstalled and re-installed the game yesterday, I would launch the game only for it to crash on the Mojang Studios screen so the game was completely broken for some reason. 

i sure hope there can be some hotfix to help the performance and what not of my gameplay and to help my friends to actually play with me. I don't want to be told I have to change to a default texture pack for smoother gameplay as I paid for it to spice up my world.
