I wahres to start a Server. But then there was an issue with the loading Progress
There stood "Searching the Server" But it didn't Stop loading. 
Please Help me i already hab this Problem! Then it got fixed. but now the Problem
is there again

It looks like you're looking for support. The bug tracker is for bug reports only, if you need support please head to the official discord server. Unfortunately the Bedrock Server is not officially supported by Mojang so its a self support type model. If you need a no fuss server solution please look into the realms service!
