BDS-882Minecraft is not updating
My Launcher is not starting up Minecraft, it will let me press the Download and Play button, and says I need to download the latest version of Minecraft, version 1.14.1, and at the end it just says: Error : ( Failed to download file.
Sometimes it says different things after that, such as: step5.ogg
Then it always has Show More Details after that, and Get Further Assistance.

Environment
I haven't tried to fix it lately, but it's been not working for about a year. I tried to fix it last year, with the same result.
