can't access with microsoft account

Hi,

in order to play cross platform MC asks for connecting with microsft account, but it doesn't work. For some reason, while getting a free skin, the game gave an account name, RobedChalice842 but with no email or password specified. I can't delete this account from my game window, therefore I cannot connect my microsoft account and play cross platform.
