BDS-8372why my windows 10 32-bit dont let me use the bedrock dedicated server
it says this app can't run on your pc please fix the problem with your application name bedrock dedicated servers

As Rice mentioned, BDS is currently only available for 64-bit devices.
I would suggest, if you can and your hardware supports it, upgrading to a 64-bit OS. There is very little hardware out there that still requires 32-bit software and if your device supports it a 64-bit OS will likely mean a performance improvement for you.
