BDS-8204"Loading resource packs" takes over 4 minutes now
Since update on 11 Aug 2020, the "Loading resources packs" message that is displayed after a world is selected now takes over 4 minutes. The next message ("Generating world") takes just a few seconds as before. Game eventually loads and plays as before.
However, I am not able to interact with a minecart. I cannot push or enter a cart, and if the minecart has a chest, I am not able to open the chest. I can walk right through the cart and the 'use' button (left trigger on XBox) does nothing. I never tried this prior to update so I don't know if it is new.
Environment
XBox One (OS version: 10.0.19041.3505).
Game version on console is displayed as 1.16.2003.70
