I lost everything by trying to login

So I update my Minecraft but when I did I had to sign in again and I couldn't even get to my account so I had to replace the email little did I know It removed every one from my friend list and lost me my achievements and stuff in the store it was like log in or when something happens you won't lose your progress but it did the opposite when I did so what the heck mojang I want my account back I'm not about to lose my achievements, friend list, items I've gained, and everything I have in the store oh yeah did I tell you I had to redownload my skin
