Ps4 cant play with friends

I am trying to join my other friend who is also on ps4 but i cant join him and i cant sign into my microsoft account. I have nat type 3 so first i tought it was that but then my other friends that also has nat type 3 joined on their first try. I tried random stuff like turning off cross platform and then tried to joun and then it said i needed to enable it again to play with my friends even tough we are on the same consoles
