Old Minecraft skin packs

My updated version of Minecraft is different in that I bought "skin packs 1,2and3"and not all of the skins are there ex:I would use "the player"as my skin,or the wither skin when I used the old city world texture pack. I know it's a small problem but I sure would make my Minecraft experience better Thank You 🙏
