BDS-7956Poison effect for command block bug
When i type /effect poison @a 2 2 true on command block it didn't deal any damage.
It shows the icon but it didn't deal any damage.

I'm not able to reproduce this when using the correct command. The command you listed in the description is wrong. The target should be on the left side of the effect, not the right.
