my minecraft skins that i bought with minecoins aren't appearing and all my minecoins are gone.

i bought a skin pack some time ago and it worked fine until i loaded up the game today. i went to choose a skin from the skin pack and it said "failed to load character 1." i had some leftover minecoins as well (around 360) and they weren't there.
