Claiming a code for Bedrock if you owned Java was only available until the end of April 2020.

Players who purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19, 2018 were eligible to claim a free code for Minecraft (Bedrock) for Windows 10. Codes must've been claimed and redeemed before April 20, 2020.
