BDS-778I get two error messages when trying to run the bedrock_server.exe file.
When I try to run the server file, I get two error messages about files missing. I have tried running the file normally and as an administrator, and I also tried deleting all of the files and reinstalling them.

Okay, you're probably missing the Visual C++ package from Microsoft.
Go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53840
Install that (most likely the x64 version), then try and run the bedrock server. Should work.
