Marketplace purchase not loading on all devices.

I am signed up with a Microsoft account, but the purchased texture and world packs are not loading on all the devices I place on. I usually play on my switch, but if I switch to the computer it shows no purchases. The coins will show, my skins will all be available, but not the other marketplace purchases.
