[BDS-7644] Extracted Files, and Server Doesn't Open

When starting the server executable it opens a command prompt type window, and then says I'm missing two .dll files.

What version of Windows 10 are you running?

You may also need to install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 for necessary run-time components.
