I was playing on my server on a hosting platform and someone joined, started destroying my command blocks/blocks in general with out me giving him op. Please look into this. This is game ruiner.

Your report does not contain enough information. As such, we're unable to understand or reproduce the problem.
You've not provided any information on how your BDS instance is configured. If your server isn't whitelisted its expected anyone can join and depending on your permissions config it may be normal for a player to be OP.
You are welcome to create a new ticket about your issue with more detailed information.
