When command blocks are disabled command block minecarts will still execute their commands.
Edit: Issue was about the /kick @a command at first which I think should not be a feature like in java

Update it is a machine that is at spawn, so whoever goes to spawn makes it so everyone gets kicked

Well I run a server and it seems people can log into the server just to kick everybody out of the server, in this case he kicks all people with the message "bye". It seems like it might have to do with either npc's getting spawned and kicking everyone by script or some sort of way to use a /kick @a command which should not exists, or at least it doesn't exist on java servers.

Is this issue limited to Bedrock Dedicated Servers or does it impact singleplayer/multiplayer?
