World keeps crashing if I get close to something

When I load up into my creative world, where I have built an entire theme park(still not complete), I will fly around and build stuff. Then whenever I go to a certain place in the world my game decides to crash, including my xbox. This happens close to spawn, or the center of the map. This has been happening for the past six years and you still haven't fixed it.
