BDS-7443I can't sign in on my mobile minecraft
Every time I try to sign in on my mobile device, it appears a message telling me that an error occurred, and it says go to xbox.com. I already checked that website and downloaded the app, but it still doesn't let me sign in. I've even tried with 3 different accounts

It is the bedrock version, 1.16, on mobile
