[BDS-739] New stairs from polished stones

New stairs from numerous polished kinds of stone are not acting like a block that you can place a water source block on the side of.

Survival serwer with cheats allowed

New update: Due to the waterlogging the water source block is placed in the stair block.
My suggestion: changing mechanics of the waterlogging

It looks like your issue related to Minecraft Bedrock but was accidentally opened under Minecraft Dedicated Server.

I believe however this has been sorted.
