All treasure maps are same map

I've gone to over 20 locations looking for treasure maps upto 10k blocks away from the original treasure map location found... all treasure maps I've located thus far are for the same single location. I'm on xbox one and using 1.16.1 version of minecraft and Clear Craft is my resource pack.
