Minecraft ps4 bedrock huge lag offline and online

Hello i wanted to report a huge lag thats been happening in my minecraft worlds, im not sure what could be causing it but in every update it never seems to get better

every time i build, break, open and close doors, open chests or inventory, eating or making any action or interaction in the game except for walking or jumping It creates a huge delay that makes it difficult to enjoy the game itself without having any problems. The music seems to lag with the game itself too which is quite annoying at times.

ive had this lag a few months now since bedrock released to ps4 im not sure if its my minecraft world or it could be something else, id really appreciate if someone could help me out.

I've deleted my Minecraft app several times and re downloaded it but it never seems to fix the problem. I’ve sometimes thought that maybe the disc is the problem but the disc doesn’t have any scratches or any dirt signs which gets it out of my conclusion for the problem.
