BDS-6994Issue with Spawning Squids/Fish
Squids and fish do not spawn in ocean biomes, river biomes, etc.
Possibly affects other mobs as well. However, dolphins DO spawn like normal.
This bug is NOT apparent while playing the world in singleplayer, and only manifests when the world is being hosted on a server.

I'm not able to reproduce this, you may need to provide more information or a world download to help reproduce it.
Turns out the bug was due to some corrupt file.
