Messed up loot

I got Minecraft dungeons when it was released and it's a great game. I have seen videoes of people all over the internet where they are level 200 something. But for me I am only level 85 and that is because all of the weapons and gets that drop are ten levels below my power rating. For example I went on cacti canyon on apocalypse mode on the third difficulty. The items drops are supposed to be 74 to 84 I get level 68 weapons and it's always been like this. Usually o wouldn't be to bothered by this but it keeps you from getting better gear ( so you can go on higher difficulty). But I have such a hard time because only two days it has dropped higher level weapons. It gets the point where you really are stuck in a position you can't get animals to trade any weapons from the traders and you really can't do anything so that's why I've really wanted to quit. 
I'm also mad because I also bought a hero dishes so I also buy for almost $30 and I'm not getting any progress in getting badly and honestly I feel it's really annoying and keeps me kind of angry. i'm also mad because I also bought a hero edition so I also buy for almost $30 and I'm not getting any progress getting badly and honestly I feel it's really annoying and gets me kind of angry. I hope somehow you guys can call me or help with my thing because it's just been really hard and playing the game. I grew up loving the original Minecraft pocket edition and I love how you guys made so many great games I just don't want my respect to my  for you to be lost over something like this. Get back to me as soon as possible.
