BDS-6979City Life 2 just purchased - cannot play crashing immediately
My daughter has just purchased city life 2 and cannot play it for more than a few seconds without the system crashing. Please could this either be fixed or the mine coins be refunded back to her account?

i Think I flagged this as Bedrock in error - this should be Java as it’s being accessed on an iPad - don’t know if this makes a difference.
Can you advise what is happening - is this being resolved or is a refund going to be issued?
