BDS-6977Character 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 won't load, therefore I can't change skins
Upon opening Minecraft, A pop up message appears saying that characters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 failed to load. When I press the reload button, the same message saying that the character of that number failed to load. The consequence of this is not being able to access the character creator and my skin packs. Therefore, I am stuck with using Steve as a default skin. My internet connection has no problem, I have tried to restart the game and re-download the game but it did not solve the issue.
