BDS-6915PS4 Cannot join PS4 Friends world
Hi There!
First, thanks for an awesome game!
I bought mine craft PS4 so i could play with my sister who is also on PS4.
I've created a split screen world with my Fiance and have used custom skins(adventure time pack from the store) in this world otherwise nothing else - all default.
Yesterday i invited my sister to this world via PS4 invite and she got the unable to join world error
- We tried both turning off enable cross platform play and un-linking our Microsoft accounts so that we would force it to go through PS4 's friends, this did not work
- My sister created a new Microsoft account and we both logged in and synced our mine craft with out Microsoft accounts and re-enabled cross platform play - after reinstalling the game - this did not work still.
- So we then removed each other as PSN friends - re-added each other as friends and both restored PS4 licenses and this did not work either
- We then added each other on Microsoft accounts as friends as well, this then shows i can send an invite to her PS4 account and the Microsoft account, which we tried sending via just PS4 invite, then just the Microsoft invite, then one invite to both at the same time.
- Lastly we did all of the above again this time with removing all custom skins, and then did all of the above this time trying to join a newly created (empty) world
Either way we were not able to connect no matter what i tried (I've tried other basic things with my router and other combinations of things such as using LAN cables instead, restarting, uninstalling and trying again, joining through the mine craft - friends section after selecting PLAY,
Any feedback here would be highly appreciated!

PS4 Version - after the latest update - unable to give you the version number but it updated on my PS4 on 2020/07/01

Resolution: Unresolved → Duplicate
We also tried creating a playstation party and then selecting join session
Also tried closing the game and accepting the invite so that the invite then opened the game

Thankyou but this has been open for 6 months and is a crucial element of a PS4 Game? being able to play with other PS4 users, when can we expect resolution here?
