[BDS-6907] Villagers Not breeding

All villagers on the server cannot breed even if they have the appropriate items/prerequisites for villager breeding. For some reason they will not breed. I have tested this out on a world off of the bds server and this works perfectly the villagers breed but when i try again on the bds server it still doesn't work.

Can you please provide a world download and location of the villagers you are trying to breed.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
