Game crashes when I enter world

I was playing with my brother through the internet, when I went to bed the game crashed (which it has been doing more frequently), when I try to reenter the world, it shows the bed screen (leave bed, open chat). 

 

Every time I press X on leave bed, the loading screen and main menu appear behind it, layered up, and then the game crashes again. If I click on open chat, it shows that my respawn point is being set constantly, when I type on the chat it quickly gets replaced with 'Respawn point set'.
