Dinosaur Island, can’t get past lasers!

Hello, I purchased the Dinosaur Island pack yesterday on my iPad. Running into a few bugs. Most seemed to clear with a reblog. However after speaking with Harry and receiving the keycard, I am able to get through the restricted door. Unfortunately the switch to clear the lasers is broken. To be specific, the switch on the wall directly next to the lasers does nothing. I have tried reloading and even restarted the map completely three times now. Finally after several restarts, I got through first set but at second set of lasers, The issue is still the same. I was able to find videos of other users who got through this without any problems. Hope to get this fixed soon as you are not able to progress without going through the lasers.
