BDS-6497Plains Biome turns to Stone after updating server to 1.16
If a server is upgraded to 1.16 from 1.14, plains biomes turn to stone. I had this happen on a hosted server, then I reproduced it on a local machine.
To reproduce, simply upgrade your 1.14.60 server to 1.16.
