Payed for a realm that has not been created

I purchased a realm the day the update dropped for me and my friends to play on. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received a realm to use. I assumed I was in a queue of some sort for updating realm servers, but it reasonably should have been ready on launch. I cannot ask for a refund and would like some assistance
