BDS-64Crashes when I load my list of worlds every time I can't play

Environment
It happens every time I press play game sends me to the xbox home and I've even tried to delete my worlds on the settings but when it gets to load the list of worlds it crashes there as well, I've asked for help on Twitter from xbox support and they are not helping makes my game worthless
