No matter what I do I can’t create a nethrite tool I’ve tried all the ways of making them but they don’t work

Diamond tool + netherite ingot at smithing tabe
Netherite tools are made using diamond tools and a netherite ingot in a smithing table. Let me know if that solves your issue.
