Charged for in ap purchase but it doesn't load

Hi

 

i paid for an in app purchase of the wildlife jungle world £4.99, but when I click on play it takes ages to load and then just goes back to apple home screen, so the world doesn't load. My son loves minecraft and now I'm concerned with other in app purchases so I won't buy any until this problem is resolved.  Ideally I'd like help for the world to load but if it's not possible then a refund.
