BDS-6144I keep respawning at y = 0
Hi minecraft team, I have an issue, I created a world and I've progressed a lot in it (spent like 6 months) and I don't want to delete it, I have once died and idk what happened, instead of respawning in my bed, I respawned in bedrock (y=0) and every time I die, I respawn at the same place, please can you give me a solution ?

I solved the problem myself, and by the way that isn't an extremely old version, does an extremely old version have Netherite ? This one does ! However, I have updated the game to the 1.16.0.68 which has the nether update.
