Can't do multiplayer between iOS and Android devices while on same wifi network
I'm having trouble with multiplayer mode on Mincraft: Pocket Edition. I play with a friend, sometimes at our own homes, sometimes at the same house. Now, he has an iPad device and I use my Android tablet (Galaxy Tab s4). When we try to connect at our own homes, with two different wifi networks, everything seems to be fine. I see he's online and I can just join his world. This isn't the case when we're at the same house, with the same wifi network. I can see him and his world in my friends list, but after a bit of loading, it just won't work. Now the weird thing is that I cán connect with my android phone to my tablets world, whilst on the same wifi network, but the iPad cannot.
Environment
Android tablet and iPad
