City life 2 doesnt work

I already referred to them and they said i should refer to you as this not related to them as this is a problem in the game as it doesn’t work as it should so can you fix the issue in city life 2 as it keeps crashing 

I have city life 2 on xbox one. It will not finish downloading after the 1.16 update came out. With 1.16 all of my previous worlds with city life 2 were corrupted. Please fix.

Those worlds meant a lot to me. I had built one of them with my dad before he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Please help me.
