BDS-5851BDS file
I updated Minecraft Bedrock edition and then went back to the minecraft BDS downloader. I downloaded the zip file and executed the executive file. Then the server prompted me that 2 files were missing, I downloaded the file 8 times and the same thing happened.

What files does it say are missing? What OS are you attempting to run it on?
You need to provide more information about the issue. What you've provided really only amounts to "it doesn't work"
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
