my minecraft crash and its acting weird??

so..whenever i was crossplaying with friends, my game crashed. now, it shows that my character's clothing (that i bought previously before the crash) are not bought and whenever i try to receive my accessories back, it says the following: "Sorry, we were unable to complete your purchase. maybe check your internet connection?". i've disconnected, reconnected to my internet, as well as cleaned my disc and restart my playstation, but it still says that my items will not complete the transaction. help??
