all my minecraft texture and skin purchases are gone, and i cant purchase free items from the marketplace i get the error "something went wrong unable to complete your purchase check your internet" .also says failed to load character 1 and 2 on load up screen.please fix this issue i dont have money to re purchase everything.thank you
