All items bought from the marketplace are gone, and say I need to rebuy them

This morning I was playing minecraft and everything was working perfectly fine. Although as it got later in the day minecraft kept acting up, I would notice that my character would not load. When it got even later I logged into one of my worlds and the texture pack that I purchased didn't load.

After that I went and checked on the other items I purchased and noticed none of my other purchases were there. Now if I go into the create a world tab past purchases were there with locks besides them. If I go to one of the past worlds already downloaded it is also locked.
