Game crashed then died

Game log me out when mining I re-open the app but the game said I died when I didn’t fall in lava nor mobs where around I then re spawn in my house and went to the place to pick up my things but my stuff didn’t were there it’s unfair cause I didn’t die and my stuff disappeared
