wrong place, don't know how to delete

Hi, i didn't played minecraft for 10 years, but because of the 11 years birthday a friend of mine said that i should play it again. I've tried but i just can't logging. I need to buy minecraft java again ? i don't remember where i bought it (10y ago). I think that maybe my account was deleted somehow. Thanks for your support time. I live in Brazil, so excuse me my really bad english. When i try to loggin nothing happens as you can see by the print, and when i try to convert my account into a mojang account i recieve this message.
